Swedish teak and metal coffee table, designed by Erik Herløw and manufactured by Nordiska Kompaniet (NK) in Sweden, 1960s.

This bench comes from Nordiska Kompaniet’s Triva Modul series, which was produced by the company in the 1960s. Featuring a top made of teak with the original manufacturer’s label underneath, and a lacquered metal frame, this table features a very clean and minimalist design and can be used either as a bench or perhaps a coffee table fit for any modern living space.

Being a rare piece by the Danish designer, this table perfectly represents Herløw’s great designs which have been exhibited in several places around the world, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
